Our First Born

Today is Brianna's birthday. It is a day I will remember forever for with her birth I became a Mother. I will never forget the feeling I experienced when the doctor laid her in my arms. It was one of those perfect moments that you want to last forever. Mar-Kay and I kept saying over and over, "I can't believe she is ours." I am so grateful to a loving Heavenly Father who entrusted her to our care. She was the perfect child to start our family with. She has been an inspiration to all of us and an example of Christ-like love. We are grateful to have her in our family.


She had a rough start and had to stay in
Intensive Care for her first few days.

She has always had a love for music.


She was a wonderful big sister.


She had a love for stickers and quite
the imagination.


Soon she had 3 younger
brothers, but she was still all girl.



The years went by too quickly.
Before long she was 16.



The dating soon began.



It wasn't long before she was ready
to begin a life of her own.



After years of waiting she finally had
the sister's she desperately wanted
all of her life.


Now she is a mother with a family of her own.

    Brianna is your first born, the first grandchild, and the first niece. I remember the excitement when she was born, it was a big deal for everyone. I enjoyed the photographic trip through her life.

    Thanks mom! I am very blessed to have been born into this family. I have wonderful parents, and am a big sister to really cool brothers and sisters. As I get older, I realize that I do not want fancy gifts, but that I crave time together with those I love. Add that to a lifetime of wonderful memories and I am set! Thanks for all you have given me from birth to now. Happy Birthday to me! :)
